REMINDER - New Booster Seat Law goes into effect August 2nd - Free Booster Seats


Starting August 2, children under age 8 or 4’9” will be required to use booster seats in addition to seat belts while riding in vehicles. Currently, Arizona law only requires children to be in a car or booster seat until the age 5.
